Always Riding, Always Fun
We are on hiatus for the remainder of December. We are taking the rest of 2022 to work on programming for the spring, produce a year-end overview of our impact, seek out grant & partnership opportunities, & of course, get in a little bike riding!
Bike Fun got our first grant! We are thrilled! The Inglewood Neighborhood Association (INA) holds a yearly golf tournament as a fundraiser to support the work of organizations in Inglewood. Bike Fun applied for funding for a Bicycle Festival in April 2023 and we got
Bike Fun Bike Lab rolls into 8th & Roast on Charlotte from 11a-1p on Saturday, May 7th. What can you expect at a Bike Lab? Learning about (chain)links, demystifying derailleurs, inflation impressions, and more! We’ll have a workstand, handouts, and lots of information to share.
Bike Fun is excited to be taking part in the open house at the New Beginnings Center in April. We’ll have bike info – getting the right style and size as well as buying one within your budget – and women-specific information on saddles, anti-chafing
