Biking Basics, Part Four, Summer 2018

$40KJ will be teaching as part of the Nashville Community Education series. This class is open to the general public, and registration is available through the Nashville Community Education website. Class registration will be available on the NCE site starting on Monday, April 30th.
In this 4-part class, we will go over basic bike maintenance, rules of the road, where to ride, and then actually go out and ride a 5 mile route.
Classes will be held at Inglewood Elementary on Riverside Drive in East Nashville. This is the first class of a four part series; cost is $40 and includes all four classes.
Topics include: parts of the bicycle, bicycle/traffic laws, essential maintenance, riding confidently, and dealing with challenges in Nashville.
Classroom sessions will culminate in an on-bike ride for the final session on July 31st.
