The Bike Fun Bike Lab is an outdoor pop-up session during the summer and fall. Bring your bike and learn more about how to be a thoughtful caregiver for your wonderful freedom machine.

Bicycle riding is a low-stress, low-impact activity that can be enjoyed whatever your age. Learn how to keep rolling through your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. Topics include where to ride, physical adaptations, benefits of e-bikes, and more. Registration is available through the Nashville Community Education website.
