Your Bicycle: Freedom on Two Wheels – August 2022
August 27, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeFix-a-flat demos, helmet & bike sizing facts, & more.
Come join us at the Edmondson Pike Branch of the Nashville Public Library to find out more about bicycles and bicycle riding. The drop-in workshop is free and open to the public.
Bicycling helps with physical and mental health as well as just being a fun way to get around. Get advice on bicycle sizing, finding a bicycle, and maintaining a bicycle at this workshop with Bike Fun. We’ll be outside in the parking lot.
Nashville BCycle will also be on hand to demo their bikeshare e-bikes as well as to chat about their partnership with NPL.
Fix-a-flat demos will be at 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Come try your hand at it!
Bike Fun is a non-profit whose mission is to create joyful riders in Middle Tennessee.
Check out a list of bicycle-related books that KJ has put together, all available from your Nashville Public Library!
Rain date: September 3rd.
