2025 Bike Fun Impact Report – Students

Let’s talk about STUDENTS!

Thanks to a physical location, we had a home base out of which to operate for bikes, classes, & events. The Woodbine United Methodist Church & Cosecha Community Development communities have been welcoming and supportive of our goals!

In 2025, Bike Fun had a returning instructor (Ashleigh) and a new one (Cory) in addition to Emma, Henry, & KJ – allowing us to reach more students with more classes & lessons.

We taught students as young as 4, & as experienced as in their 70s.

With our community partner Walk Bike Nashville, the All Ages Learn to Ride series continued to invite youth & adult learners together to experience building confidence one pedal at a time.

A note about numbers: in these slides, only direct impact interactions (enrolling in a class, joining on a ride, taking a lesson) are counted. Interactions for Open Shop / Taller Abierto, pop up repair clinics, Nashville Bicycle Festival attendees & participants, or community partner events (rides hosted with NDOT or Nashville Connector) are not included. Bike Fun will have a more collective accounting of these numbers on our Candid profile.

Strategic goals impacted:

1. Expand educational programming

3. Enhance accessibility & inclusion

5. Scale community impact
