PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE – 9AM-10AM
This is a new series designed to help novice riders become more confident, successful riders by developing their bicycle riding skills. Each ride in the series will feature a focused topic. This week’s topic is
BODY POSITIONING (getting started, staying comfortable, decreasing body stress)
Meet at 9am on Friday, September 10th, at Cornelia Fort Airpark for a deep dive into body-to-bicycle energy transfer, the 3 things not to do when you ride a bicycle, and more.
Bring your bicycle, a helmet, a snack, and water or other hydration. We’ll go for a short ride after the demonstration if there’s time!
