Bring your bike and learn more about how to be a thoughtful caregiver for your wonderful freedom machine. Don’t have a bike? I’ll have one you can work on. Drop-in\, casual learning environment. Donations accepted. \nFor the March edition of Bike Fun Bike Lab\, we will focus on brakes and braking systems from 9AM-10:30AM – so the drop in at the first part will look at brake pads\, cable tension\, cable health and strength\, and all the things you need to SLOW or STOP your roll! \nAt these drop-in sessions\, we’ll cover common maintenance issues that you may encounter while riding your bike. We’ll also discuss how to care for your bike to keep it running smoothly. Feel free to bring your own bicycle. I’ll have a bike stand and tools. \nCommon maintenance issues include: \n\nCleaning your drivetrain\nAdjusting tension in cables (brakes and shifting)\nFixing a flat tire\nPatching an inner tube\nGeneral cleaning\nChecking bolts for tightness\nChecking cassette/freewheel and crankset sprockets for wear\n\nPlease note – Bike Fun does not provide actual repair services on bicycles but will be able to advise and assist riders in getting their bikes in shape. \n\n\n	Related
