We will cover the basics of home bicycle maintenance\, as well as provide time to answer questions you may have about bicycle maintenance. If you have a bicycle and bring it\, we’ll also fill out your very own Bicycle Information Sheet. \nRegistration for the class is here. Suggested ticket price is sliding scale between $25-35.  \nWe will be inside working on our bicycles. \nThis course is for anyone 13 and up who wants to learn more about taking good care of a bicycle. It will cover the following topics: \n\nHow to fix a flat\nHow to properly inflate your tires\nHow to clean a chain and diagnose chain wear; and\nWhat each part of your bike is.\n\nAges 13+ – this is not a youth-specific course\, FYI. Suggested donation $20-30.  \nGot a 5 or 6 year old who wants to learn more about bicycle handling skills\, signaling\, or riding with friends? \nOn Sunday\, June 4th\, Bike Fun is hosting Intermediate Riding Skills for 5 & 6 Year Olds. Come help us get your kid up to speed on signaling\, weaving\, riding with friends and more! \nThis course is for 5 & 6 year olds who are comfortable riding a bicycle but need to improve their handling skills. It will cover the following topics: \n\nWeaving in between objects\nStarting strong/stopping smoothly\nWatching out for obstacles/fellow riders\n\nIncrease riding skills in a safe and supportive environment.
