We’ll be outside at the Community Market with information on bike riding\, taking care of your bike\, and more. \nThis edition of the market repairs will focus on a BIKE WASH station – we’ll have all the necessary items to get your ride squeaky clean & shiny! \n \nIt’s free\nYou don’t have to pay anything to have your bike assessed. If you’d like to make a donation to either Bike Fun or Cosecha Community\, you are welcome to do so! \nFirst come\, first served\nOur basic fixes include fix-a-flat\, bolt safety checks\, and chain cleaning. We will have replacement tubes & tires on a first-come-first-served basis. Come see us and learn how to keep your bike in good riding shape! \n\nTrae tu bicicleta\, te ayudaremos a resolverlo.\nÚnase a nosotros mensualmente en Cosecha Community en Woodbine UMC. DESCRIPTION:You’re Never Too Old to Learn to Ride!\nThis course is for brand new riders who have either only pedaled on training wheels or who have tried without success to ride without training wheels. \nYou must register to attend – fill out this registration form! Class size limited to 5 students. Registration fee is $10-20. Income based scholarships available. \nDo you know a 9 or 10 year old who needs some help getting going on two wheels? Then we have something just for you! \nClass Details\nBike Fun is hosting a 9 & 10 Year Old Learn to Ride event. Get your kid started on their bicycling journey! \nThis course is for 9 and 10 year olds who have never pedaled a bicycle before. It covers the following topics: \n\nGetting onto the bike\nBasic balance\nStarting and stopping\nPedaling\nTurning\n\nCome learn how to ride in a safe and supportive environment. \nFor our learn to ride classes\, we emphasize exposure\, not expertise. Each human learns at their own pace\, and we work with each student within their own ability. \nAges 9 & 10. Bicycles and helmets can be provided for those who would like to attend\, but don’t have their own bicycle yet. Please bring a water bottle/hydration and a snack!
