DESCRIPTION:Bring your bike – we’ll help you figure it out.\nCome join us on the first Tuesday of the month at Trinity Community Commons. We’ll be at the Community Dinner with information on bike riding\, advocating for people who ride bikes in Nashville\, taking care of your bike\, and more. \nStay for the community dinner and meet neighbors who are passionate about making Nashville a more connected and vibrant place to live. \nIt’s free\nYou don’t have to pay anything to have your bike assessed. If you’d like to make a donation to either Bike Fun or Trinity Community Commons\, you are welcome to do so! \nFirst come\, first served\nOur basic fixes include fix-a-flat\, bolt safety checks\, and chain cleaning. We will have replacement tubes & tires on a first-come-first-served basis. Come see us and learn how to keep your bike in good riding shape! \n\nBike Fun is a non-profit whose mission is to create joyful riders in Middle Tennessee.\nTrinity Community Commons leverages sacred space to affirm and activate the worth and potential of all members of our community.

DESCRIPTION:Help us get some bikes ready to roll!\n\nWe’re in need of some cleaning for donated bikes that have been in storage.\nIf you’ve got basic mechanical skills\, we’ll also be making adjustments on either simple single speed kids bikes or (less likely) geared\, hand brake bikes.\nFor bikes that we can’t fully fix\, we’ll strip them for usable parts.\nDrop by anytime during the hours of 10am-12pm. We’ll wrap up by 1pm.\nWe’ll be in the courtyard next to the building. If it’s raining\, we will be inside the Bike Fun Bike Lab.\nMeet us at Woodbine UMC\, between Nolensville Pike and Grandview Ave.\nLet us know you’re coming if you can! sign up to volunteer here.\n\nBike Fun will supply rags\, soap\, water\, degreaser\, etc. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. There will be heavy snacks! \nWe’ll be working RAIN OR SHINE with an indoor plan if needed!

This course is meant for brand new riders and for potential riders who are anxious about getting back on a bicycle after a long time away. \nDo you know someone who hasn’t learned to ride a bike but wants to? Do you feel like you could use a refresher after a long\, long time away? Then we have something just for you! \nClass Details\nOn Sunday\, July 27th\, 2025\, Bike Fun is teaching a 13-17 year old Learn to Ride small group class. Get started on your bike life! \nThis course is for teens (13-17) who have never pedaled a bicycle before or who have never fully been confident on a bike!
